Interested in swapping items in the hampers?

Absolutely, you can exchange items for others of the same or similar value. For instance, you’re welcome to replace a bottle of red wine with white wine.

What happens if some items are unavailable?

In the event we’re out of certain items, we’ll substitute them with alternatives of equal or greater value. Typically, these replacements will be from the same producer. For example, we might swap garlic almonds for salted almonds, or fig jam for grape jam.

What’s the delivery time for my order?

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, the lead time for orders is between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the availability of our carefully selected stock when you place your order. If there’s a specific delivery date you’re aiming for, please make sure to inform us.
